This flexible service takes the form of an I.T. Consultant spending an agreed number of days per month in your office. Each business has different requirements and the number of set days per month is decided by you – it can be as little or as many days as your business requires. The service can also be used by those who require holiday, sickness or maternity cover.

But rest assured this is not a part time service – our staff will monitor your network on a daily basis, allowing us to respond immediately to any issues and ensure the continuity of your I.T. infrastructure without the need to be on site. We will also be readily available to support your office outside of the agreed onsite days over the phone, in person or using our remote support software. As part of this role we will also be able to advise on and implement I.T. policies for the company including the documentation of these policies. One of our senior consultants will meet with your management on a regular basis to discuss current I.T. matters. We will also use these meetings for establishing I.T. upgrade plans, assisting with I.T. budgets and discussing how best to utilise I.T. for the benefit of the business.
